End-of-lease pest control
Emergency and same-day services

3. Bookings and Payments

Bookings can be made via phone, website, or email.
We reserve the right to confirm bookings based on technician availability.
Prices may vary depending on infestation level and property size.
A deposit or full pre-payment may be required before service.
Payments must be made using approved methods (e.g., credit card, bank transfer, cash).
Invoices are payable within the agreed terms stated at time of booking.

4. Service Guarantee and Limitations

We aim to provide effective pest control; however:

Pest treatment effectiveness may vary due to environment, building structure, and severity.
Some services may require repeat visits or follow-ups.
Guarantee periods vary depending on pest type and service package.
Customer cooperation is essential (e.g., following post-treatment instructions).

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Customers must give at least 24 hours’ noticeto cancel or reschedule a booking.
Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
Refunds are not available for completed services unless there is a confirmed failure of duty.
In the event we cancel the service, you will receive a full refund or reschedule option.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information about your property and pest issues
Allow our technicians safe and unobstructed access to the premises
Follow preparation and safety guidelines prior to and after treatment
Keep children and pets away from treated areas for the specified period

7. Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied). We are not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Damages caused by pre-existing structural or pest issues
Any health impacts from failure to follow safety instructions

We hold public liability insurance and our technicians follow industry-standard procedures.
